Blog 7: Hip Music that I Like

I have somewhat wide-ranging taste in music, and one of the things I enjoy the most is finding new artists and genres to experience and learn about. An album I've been enjoying recently, which happens to be the soundtrack to a game, is 'In the Valley of Death' by ThorHighHeels. ThorHighHeels is an interesting character in himself, being a successful-if-niche content creator on YouTube as well as a musician. His content focuses on obscure digital media from the early days of the internet age, and his musical output shares this inspiration. The highly experimental compositions are cobbled together from vintage samples and synths that evoke the qualities of old, decades obsolete tech to create something new and interesting.
